The Turquoise Museum in Albuquerque, NM is looking for customer service team members to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, friendly, punctual, and reliable.
This position is a part time 15-25 hours per week.
- Greet customers and make them feel at home
- Answer any questions the customers may have
- Assist Customers in preparing their purchases
- Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
- Be able to answers guests questions and direct them to the appropriate exhibits in museum
- Keep museum and gift shop clean and tidy
- Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled people
- Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
- Ability to problem solve quickly
- Good communication skills with customers
