Address and resolve guest concerns or needs with professionalism and care.
Set up and break down event spaces, including moving tables and chairs (up to 200 chairs).
Clear tables, take out trash, and reset layouts for the next event.
Light fires for ambiance and assist with decor item check-ins.
Work closely with clients to ensure their special day runs smoothly from start to finish.

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

An active security guard license (required).
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
