We are looking for one Executive Chef to join our team of 25. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable.
- Hire, train and develop chefs to company standards
- Monitor food quality and maintain food safety as it pertains to health department guidelines
- Control inventory and food cost
- Track, record and maintain inventory
- Manage BOH staff to match daily productivity
- 3-5 years experience working as a sous chef or head chef
- High familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and health and safety guidelines
- Able to delegate tasks effectively and assist when needed
- Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure during high traffic and peak volume
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Maintains a positive and professional approach with staff
