Job Description

We are looking for one Executive Chef to join our team of 25. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train and develop chefs to company standards
  • Monitor food quality and maintain food safety as it pertains to health department guidelines
  • Control inventory and food cost
  • Track, record and maintain inventory
  • Manage BOH staff to match daily productivity


Qualifications/Education/Experience

  • 3-5 years experience working as a sous chef or head chef
  • High familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and health and safety guidelines
  • Able to delegate tasks effectively and assist when needed
  • Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure during high traffic and peak volume
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Maintains a positive and professional approach with staff
