Join Our Team as a LEGO Birthday Party Host!

The Afterschool Collective is looking for highly energetic, warm, and dependable Birthday Party Hosts to lead fun, hands-on LEGO-based celebrations at our Long Island City studio.

If you’re passionate about working with children, love bringing positive energy to a room, and enjoy fostering creativity through play, this could be the perfect role for you!

Explain builds and challenges in a clear, age-appropriate, and engaging way.
Encourage creativity, teamwork, and participation.
Keep children engaged and the party moving on schedule.
Help make the birthday child feel celebrated and special.
Support transitions between LEGO activities, challenges, races, games, cake, and other party elements.

Follow The Afterschool Collective’s party procedures and safety expectations.
