Make sure every guest has a signed waiver before play (guests sign on their own phones)
Process admissions at the host stand (card and tap only, no cash)
Track Play Plaza capacity across sessions and keep the flow moving at peak times
Direct and support Plaza Attendants: assign breaks, set the cleaning rotation, and hand off tasks
Handle guest questions, rule reminders, and the occasional tough conversation with calm and kindness
Lead the response to incidents involving an injured, sick, or missing child, and document them
Share memberships, play passes, and parties with guests when they're a good fit

MAST permit is a bonus
Comfortable with tablets and POS systems (ROLLER experience is a bonus)
