Roccos Pack Dog Training in North Miami, FL is looking for one office manager to join our 6 person strong team. We are located on 1780 Sans Souci Blvd. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Keep calendars synced and up to date
- Update/transfer client information
- Write and upload marketing material (e.g., newsletters, blog entries) and keep website and social media up to date
- Finalize time sheets in Homebase and reconcile account in Quickbooks
- Maintain a positive and efficient working environment
- Greet and assist customers and clients
- Manage employee HR records and new hire orientation and initial training
- Organize and order inventory
- Organize monthly vet visits
- Some dog handling
- Experience in a managerial or administrative role
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to delegate effectively
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Familiarity with computer systems and software that applies
- Experience working with dogs
