Job Description

Pho Noodle House and Dragon Wok in East Peoria, IL is looking for individuals to join an exciting and growing team, on the verge of opening a brand new concept in East Peoria.

Responsibilities:

- Provide an awesome customer experience and excellent customer service in the Front of House. Looking for positive, upbeat, and excited energy.


- Descriptively explain menu items, upcoming events, as well as what our restaurant is all about


- Strong multitasking skills. Manage multiple tables and tasks simultaneously and accurately.


- Strong communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with the Back of House and with customers.


- Able to follow instructions well. Must follow an organized checklist daily.


- Opportunities for growth and advancement for the right hard-working and high-performing individuals.


Qualifications

  • Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees
  • Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
  • Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
  • Good communication skills with customers

About Pho Noodle House
We're just a humble little restaurant excited about Vietnamese street cuisine. All our recipes have been carefully crafted by our chef (born and raised in Vietnam) to match and pay respect to the tastes of Vietnamese life, flavor, and culture. Our team has actually traveled to Vietnam to taste test the flavors found in the food there, observe and learn techniques used, and bring those flavors and techniques back to the States to adapt and bring to the community.
Pho Noodle House uses Homebase to manage their team with employee scheduling, timesheets, and applicant tracking.
