Job Description

Kakawa Chocolate House in Salem, MA is looking for chocolate baristas to join our team. We are located at 173 Essex Street. Our ideal candidates are self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working, attentive and engaged. We are hiring additional crew either part-time or seasonally through October.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, handle money/operate cash register, solve customer problems, prepare drinks and food items, packaging items for sale, maintain clean work environment, assist customers with sales and orders, follow health and safety guidelines, ensure customers are satisfied with their experience, dish washing, favorably represent company brand to customers, make the customers feel at home.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with chocolate, with the general public and in a team environment preferred.
