Join Our Team as a Team Member at Java Owl Coffee House in Houston, TX!

Java Owl Coffee House is hiring!

We’re always looking for great people to join the team.

About Java Owl

Java Owl Coffee House was built on a simple commitment: providing care, community, and coffee to everyone who walks through our doors — everyone, every time.

All three matter equally, and we approach them in that order. It takes a strong team to make it happen, and we’re looking for people who want to be part of that.

What We’re Looking For

To schedule an interview, candidates should meet these expectations:

Availability — We require at least 4 shifts per week. Fewer shifts make it hard to build and maintain the relationships we value with both guests and teammates. Fridays and Saturdays are generally expected (we’re closed Sundays except for scheduled private events).
Flexibility — Team members need to be flexible. We don’t offer set schedules at the start, but as trust and consistency are earned, we like to work toward preferred schedules.
Hospitality mindset — Prior hospitality experience is helpful but not required. Learning the art and science of coffee comes later. We first focus on the basics of our operations and how we work together as a team. Experience in hospitality can give you a head start.
Reliable transportation — Consistent, reliable transportation is important so you can get to your shifts dependably.

How to Apply

If this sounds like a good fit, please send your availability, resume or a summary of your work experience.
