The Horseshoe Cafe

Free Shift Meals | Wellness Bonus | Historic Local Favorite

The Horseshoe Café has been serving Bellingham for nearly 140 years, and we're looking for our next great cook to join the team.

We're a locally owned diner where people genuinely help each other out. We believe in treating coworkers with respect, and creating a kitchen where everyone pitches in. If you're dependable, enjoy staying busy, and take pride in doing things well, you'll fit right in.

Cook classic diner favorites in a fast-paced short-order kitchen
Prep ingredients and stock your station
Keep your workspace clean and organized
Help with dishes and kitchen projects when needed
Jump in wherever the team needs support

We cross-train our kitchen staff, so you'll have opportunities to learn both line cooking and prep cooking.

You are:

Reliable and show up ready to work
Friendly and communicate well with others
Able to stay productive during both busy rushes and slower periods
Comfortable working as part of a team
Willing to jump in and help wherever needed
