We are our customer’s EVERYDAY coffee shop. The places they can count on EVERYDAY to deliver great quality In-House roasted coffees, local artisan pastries and clean foods in a Fast and Friendly way.

At Cuppa Cuppa Coffee… it’s about great service, rhythm, and showing up with heart. We’re looking for an experienced barista who sees service as more than a job. Someone who thrives in the rush, values accountability, and knows the energy you bring can shift the whole room.

What Matters to Us

Great Service. Taking great pride in serving and caring for those around you.
Hustle, energy and drive beat perfection every time.
Initiative over small talk. We love personality, but the team shines when people step in and step up.
Accountability over excuses. We all make mistakes; it’s how we own them that makes the difference.

Who You Are

An experienced barista who knows their way around an espresso bar and thrives in the rhythm of a busy café.
A college junior or above, who values balance—study, life, work—and wants a role that feels like growth, not just grind.
Someone who wants to be part of a team that’s bigger than themselves: collaborative, thoughtful, and a little ambitious.
A person who believes great coffee can make someone’s day better—and that’s worth showing up for.

What You’ll Do

Provide both customers and staff with exceptional care and service.
Create great coffee with care, skill, and consistency.
Keep the bar running smoothly by anticipating what’s next.—whether it’s dialing in, running drinks, or keeping the space flowing and clean.
Contribute to a culture of respect, energy, and fun—because the shops are better when everyone brings their best.

Why Work With Us

This isn’t just about shifts; it’s about joining a team that:

Celebrates hustle and growth.
Believes in learning by doing.
Cares and supports each other, our customers and our community.
And most importantly—has fun while doing it.

Why This Matters

Over the past 20 years, Cuppa Cuppa Coffee has built a culture of quality, hustle, respect, and joy. We care about each other, we care about our customers, and we care about creating a place where both matter. If that sounds like you, we would love to meet you. Include or send us your resume along with a short note about you experience—and tell us what excites you about coffee and service.
