You've closed enough restaurants. Come work the shift where everyone's home for dinner.

The deal:

Pay based on your experience, plus generous tips
We close at 2 p.m. weekdays and 3 p.m. weekends
No doubles. No closing at 11 p.m.
160-seat upscale café, brand-new team, opening this December
Paid training before we open

Another Broken Egg Café is an upscale Southern-inspired breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant. You'll carry Crab Cake Benedict, Shrimp N' Grits and Lemon Blueberry Goat Cheese Pancakes, and you'll pour from a full bar built around the ABE Cyclone, the Brunch Blueberry Margarita, the Pomegranate Mule and a Spiked Spiced Rum Cold Brew. Upscale plates and top-shelf drinks mean strong checks, and strong checks mean handsome tips.

Here's the honest part: weekends are loud. Full room, full bar, tickets stacking up. If you've worked a real brunch rush, you know the rhythm and you'll enjoy it. You'll read a table in five seconds, keep coffee full and food hot, and make guests feel looked after without hovering.

We're building this team from scratch, so you help set the standard from day one. We want a genuine smile, sharp communication and a steady head when the line hits the door.
