Scratch Baker | Anchored Coffee Company

Do you take pride in creating something exceptional with your hands?

At Anchored Coffee Company, our bakery is the heart of what we do. Every muffin, scone, bagel, cinnamon roll, cookie, and pastry is made from scratch by a team that cares deeply about quality. We're looking for someone who loves baking, works with urgency, and takes ownership of their work.

This is an early morning, fast-paced position where consistency, organization, and reliability matter. Our customers count on us to have fresh products ready every single day and so does the rest of our team.

We're looking for someone who is:

Passionate about baking and producing high-quality products
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Punctual and dependable (early mornings are a must!)
Organized, clean, and detail-oriented
Able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment
A team player who communicates well and takes initiative
Committed to maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards

Experience in commercial baking is a plus, but we're willing to train someone with a great attitude and a strong work ethic.

If you're someone who shows up on time, works hard, takes pride in doing things the right way, and wants to be part of a team that values excellence, we'd love to meet you.
