Role Summary Mobile Phlebotomists contracted with VIP Labs perform blood draws and specimen collection while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, accuracy, and compliance. Contractors manage their availability and travel to scheduled appointments within their designated service area. Qualifications Active Phlebotomy Certification (required) Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience (required) Mobile phlebotomy experience (preferred / a plus) Strong venipuncture and specimen handling skills Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Professional presentation and excellent patient communication Commitment to HIPAA, safety, and quality standards
