Open Arms Ministries

Open Arms Ministries in Slidell, Louisiana is a Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod congregation dedicated to creating a welcoming, casual, and contemporary worship environment where people are encouraged to “come as you are.” The core focus of Open Arms is on helping individuals encounter Jesus and grow in Christian faith through Sunday worship services that include communion, life groups for relational discipleship, and multiple opportunities to connect and serve within the church community. Open Arms also partners with local ministries for food and basic necessity donations, supports youth mission teams, and sponsors community efforts like scouting and home schooling.
