Iyasare means "to be healed". We are known for providing our guests with a sense of warmth and comfort every time they come to our restaurant. Chef-owned by Shotaro Kamio, Iyasare, continues to be a destination restaurant on Fourth Street in Berkeley, CA since its opening in 2013. Both the team and guests are people that have a deep appreciation for good food made with quality ingredients. Chef Sho continues to create dishes that both redefine and preserve the spirit of traditional Japanese Cuisine.
