Founded in 2021 by three owners with a combined 40 years of experience in childcare, Heritage Early Learning Center is a Step Up to Quality star-rated Christian childcare program focused on the educational development of children from infancy to 12 years old. We currently operate three campuses, two in St. Clairsville and one in Barnesville.
