EcoDirect started as a dry cleaning delivery service in 2002, providing uniform and guest laundry services. In 2014, EcoDirect expanded to serve hotels for Rooms and F&B linen from a new, 40,000 sf facility just 6 miles north of downtown Chicago. EcoDirect currently serves 14 hotels, 1 private club and several wholesale customers. Some clients include the most recognized hotel names in Chicago. We recognize that consistent, predictable linen service is mission critical for upscale hotels, impacting operations and guest satisfaction.
