At our Dojos, kids learn to code while building their own video games. Our Dojos are not just coding classes, they gain creativity, problem-solving, critical thinking, and STEM skills in a fun, safe, and inspiring environment. WHAT IS OUTCOME BASED LEARNING? Outcome-Based Learning is our student-centered approach that emphasizes setting clear learning goals and designing activities and assessments that enable learners to achieve those goals, rather than just completing a set curriculum or coding program. CREATION IS AT OUR CORE Our curriculum is developed with creation in mind because it allows our students to express their imagination, experiment with new ideas, and have a sense of ownership and control over their creations -- not to mention, creativity is the ultimate medium for self-expression, exploration, and discovery, which are essential to our students cognitive, social, and emotional development. BUILDING STRONG COMMUNITIES We strive to have a positive relationship with the community by providing a safe and welcoming learning environment for kids, outside of school. We encourage our students to use their coding skills to make a positive impact on the community, such as creating apps or websites to solve local problems.
