We are looking for enthusiastic CNAs and PCAs to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and be flexible. Responsibilities: • Provide patient care and assistance with daily activities. • Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation. • Monitor patient's vital signs and report any changes to the medical staff. • Assist with personal hygiene needs of the patient. • Provide emotional support to patients and their families. • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff. • Maintain a clean and safe environment for the patient. Qualifications and Skills: • CNA or HHA license preferred or 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons. • Proof of current TB testing • Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position • Must have available reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance • Must possess excellent communication skills • Are mature, caring, punctual and reliable • Pass a criminal background check Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $14.50 - $16.50 per hour Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Paid time off Schedule: • 4,6,8,10,12 hour shifts available • Day shift • Evening shift • Every other weekend (Required) Location(s): • Fredericksburg/Spotsylvania/Culpeper/Front Royal & surrounding areas
